Steps of your project
Analyze your needs
As a first step, you tell us what you should bring your project needs to cover, which will use the information it must process the data (text, databases ...) that you already have and will serve the project if the project is complete or if new (or replace) an existing system, and your technical architecture (on which material should be executed the project with which software have to communicate ? in what format the project must be developed ...). Ideally orally, this first visit will lay the foundation for our collaboration. Then, we may ask you a few telephone / mails, questions that will help us better understand your project. These responses will serve to establish a more detailed estimate and the closest to your needs final. This stage of analysis (and quote) is free. Feel free to contact us.
Writing your book of specifications
The specification is a written document that contains the project. Every feature, every page, every window, every action, every piece of data used in / by the project is described in a precise manner (source, type, value, size, ...). The graphics are also present in this document. During the development phase, it is these texts that serve as references for work. Written by us, it is subject to validation by you. Any vagueness or disagreement is rewritten to acceptance.
Development and testing
This phase is the transition from theory to practice. All elements described in the specifications come alive. Our team combines expertise in design and development, create your pages, windows, buttons, images, ... As the creations, each function, procedure, page feature unit is tested to ensure its correct functioning. When all the developments are completed, we submit the draft to test scenarios to verify its normal. We also offer to other members of our team to test the project, to gather their reactions. During these phases of development and testing, we will keep you regularly informed of the project, with screen shots, demo versions, beta versions ...
Putting into operation
After conducting a test situation in the final, we determine a date and a place to conduct the launch of your project. Before or after it (depending on conditions), we train users to use the project, its administration, ...
